Green Olive Marketing (GOM) was approached by Weldaloy to help build their marketing department from the ground up.

The company had previously done very little effective marketing and demand generation. They needed an agency that could handle creating an entirely new brand identity, implementing Salesforce.com (SFDC), and implementing a Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot) for managing a marketing database that could work in conjunction with SFDC. 


GOM created a full marketing plan and took over the project management and implementation of the plan, including managing the budget. Here's a small sample of what was accomplished:

  • Built a measurable lead management process between Account Engagement (Pardot) and SFDC

  • Email marketing campaigns to nurture existing leads

  • Created reports and dashboards in SFDC to measure full lead lifecycle funnel stages and velocity, revenue pipelines, sales activity and much more

  • Media buying and management of all media programs like print ads, banner ads, white papers, and more

  • A content creation strategy involving new brochures, white papers, videos, and more

  • Social media program management

  • Oversight of SEO and PPC vendors 

  • Designed, wrote and assisted with the development of a new website

  • Created and designed blogs, case studies, white papers, etc.

 

As a result of the marketing programs put in place by GOM, Weldaloy had increased its opportunity business pipeline by a factor of 4. Over a thousand high-quality leads were generated, and many led to closed business.
